1. Eligibility for Returns

2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization

We will review your request and email you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 business hours.

Ship Back

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your package.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. CoolCart360 is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Defective/Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please retain all packaging and email photos of the damage to support@coolcart360.com.
