Carrier Delays: CoolCart360 is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or any events beyond our control.

Address Issues: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery; additional redelivery fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Items: If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We will provide any documentation you need, but CoolCart360 cannot be held liable for carrier mishandling.
